New fresh week, this first ones brought to you by Mr. Chicago Picasso, standing on sofas ft Chip the Ripper.

I am fortunate enough to have stumbled across this duo, every song is incredibly unique, every song has a different feel. Although its a little slower and softer than the typical GGB post, I think its a good feel. Goes out to a softer slower friend of mine Mr. Nolan C. Dig it
A Gun Called Tension - Exodus77 vs Mogwai

This ones for a fallen icon, no bandwagon jumper here. Always been a fan and this track was one that had actually been produced and put out PRIOR to mikes death. An album dedicated to MJ, Mark Ronson Presents Rhymefest: MAN IN THE MIRROR. My boy Rhymefest- No sunshine ft little mike produced by Emile.

Sorry for the gap in fresh beats. Last night happened to be the Opening of The Firm, Rav on the tables, liquor flowing, good friends. Keep the good vibes rolling.

This ones dedicated to my boy Big D, aka Big Fun.

New and Old
Brand new Naledge, aka Mr. Brain, his intelligence most definitely shines through his lyrics, especially with his new mixtape Chicago Picasso. Always nice to see intelligence in an industry flooded with guns bitches and dope. Guaranteed to see more of this guy in the future. UpnUp
Naledge ft. Rhymefest - Focus
Shout out to The Firm, through Faubert Fitness, Finally Focused. Open for business June 24th.

Mr. rather U-Niq - Wildn' Out

Finally found a high quality version of a great new track by Lupe. The first version I heard was just him, apparently some autotune found its way into it, i'm over it. New Lupe, dig in.

Alright so todays tracks are a little mainstream, branching off of my typical posts. But I must admit, theres nothing like some superficial lyrics over fat ass bass.
This first ones by the boss ross and birdman.

This ones off of his newest web-released lp war angel. A guy I admire for hows he's built his empire and how theres no stopping it.

This weeks kickoff includes a track by Asher, not all that new but has a sick beat that compliments Roths style. Along with some tracks by an artist my main man nols and I used to bump back in the day. Unfortunately this artist never blew up, perhaps due to the similarity between his and jays voice. Whatever happened, i'm glad I was introduced to him. This weeks all about Beats.

La Di Da - Sherrr

Heres a couple new beauts by the Cool Kids, off of their newest mixtape - Gone Fishing. The first one is nice, but the second one has such a sick beat, especially once the chimes kick in.

DOA

This is a special post for me. If you know me or know my music collection, I have detested auto tune the moment it showed its face on the music scene. I don't think it holds any artistic value what so-ever. My opinion mind you, but for this I am sooo stoked to throw this on GGB's stack. So appropriate that none other than the god, aka Hova himself comes out with this banger. Ironic perhaps, that Kanye produced it, and on the weekend Jay-Z performed it with T-pain at Summer Jam. I think its great timing, too many artists are dick riding autotunes success throughout the industry. I have a feeling the fact that Jay-z has released this track, people will feel obligated not to use it. And that my friends, i like. DIG the fuck IN.

Heres one, the late great Jay Dee aka J Dilla has another mixtape freshly waxed (Jay Stay Paid), although he's no longer around. This man obviously produced a rediculous amount of sick beats. Heres one that you can bop your head to over and over.

Heres a take on a song that i'm definitely done with, although I know its a classic. But this remix is so right. It's nice to have someone with not only a message but is talented as fuck. Annnnd from Canada. Shout out to K'naan. Keepin it fresh. Shout out to Aball, a hometown Kamloops BC resident whos also keeping it fresh, throwing down a very official post about this talented Canadian. Right Here
